5CL Commercial Barristers Chambers is a small growing Chancery and commercial set, actively seeking assistance with its practice. Please note that as a third six barrister at 5CL you will not be in competition with each other for a tenancy. We would like to recruit two third six pupils, with a view to tenancy. 

5 Chancery Lane Commercial Barristers is a modern Commercial Barristers’ Chambers operating out of the heart of legal London and London Gatwick, West Sussex, covering the whole of England and Wales. 

Third Six Pupillage – Commercially Focussed

Our third six pupillage are suited to those keen to develop and grow. We are particularly keen to hear from those with a commercially focussed outlook and a dynamic business mind-set, with a strategy for developing a successful practice at the self-employed Bar to join us.

Third Six Pupillage – Start Date

We are accepting applications for two people to commence a third six pupillage immediately, although this is flexible. You will be supervised throughout time with us and will receive ongoing feedback. Crucially, we value collegiality and so we are looking for third six pupils who have the potential to become outstanding barristers, who are keen to play an integral role in the future of Chambers.
