Our members take pride in client care, their work as well as quality of service. If for any reason you have a concern with the service, please do let us know immediately so that we can discuss your concerns with you, with a view to resolution.
As barristers we are regulated by the Bar Standards Board. In accordance with the requirements of the Bar Standard Board’s Handbook (which can be found here), a complaints procedure which explains how Chambers handles complaints and other ways in which you may make a complaint.
